Through workplace discipleship, we equip leaders and teams to live out their faith with purpose and integrity. Drawing from a decade’s worth of Business Empowerment Circle (BEC) content, our resources are designed to help workplace communities bridge the gap between work and worship. Actively used by churches, ministries, and marketplace groups across the Asian region, this content empowers believers to apply biblical principles in real-world challenges, foster grace-filled leadership, and build communities marked by faith and accountability.
Through facilitator training and practical tools, GBN Marketplace Ministry equips leaders to start and sustain BEC groups within their own organisations. These groups create space for meaningful discipleship in the workplace—helping believers apply biblical principles to real work-life challenges, grow in spiritual maturity, and lead with integrity. With guided content and ongoing support, workplaces can be transformed into communities where faith shapes culture and everyday work becomes a powerful expression of worship.
BEC, which stands for Business Empowerment Circle, is a practical and Spirit-led discipleship platform designed to equip professionals and entrepreneurs to live out their faith in the marketplace. Held once a month, each session can take place during lunchtime at the office or be extended to 1.5 to 2 hours during weekday nights, making it easy to integrate into the work week.
Through small group circles within workplace settings, BEC fosters peer-to-peer learning, authentic conversations, and the building of stronger workplace communities. It creates a space where believers can grow together, support one another, and apply biblical principles to real-world challenges.
With 10 series spanning 10 years and 7 to 10 sessions annually, BEC offers a long-term, sustainable discipleship journey. Its goal is the transformation of business leaders and workplace cultures through redemptive leadership rooted in God’s Word.
